The site is a blog

BanVoyage is a blog. It is not a travel agency, a tour operator, a booking site, or a financial advisor, and it does not sell trips. Nothing on the site is an offer to sell travel or a credit card.

Travel information

Reviews describe trips we took, or research we label as research. Details were accurate to the best of our knowledge when we wrote them. Prices, schedules, menus, cabin layouts, opening hours, and availability change. Confirm them with the hotel, cruise line, airline, or tour company before you book. Travel information on this site is provided as is, without a warranty of any kind, and you use it at your own risk.

Prices

Any price we mention can change without notice. A price on this site is not a quote. The price you pay is the price the provider charges at the time you book.

Affiliate links

Some links are affiliate links. If you book, buy, or are approved through them, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. Our opinions are our own. We only recommend something we would use ourselves, and a commission does not change a review. Read the affiliate disclosure.

Credit cards

We are not a financial advisor. Card offers, rewards, fees, and terms change. Read the issuer’s terms before you apply. We may be paid when you are approved. A mention of a card is not a recommendation that the card is right for you.

External links

The site links to hotels, cruise lines, shops, video hosts, and other sites we do not control. Once you leave BanVoyage, their terms and privacy policies apply. A link is not an endorsement of everything on that site.

Intellectual property

The text, photos, video, and the BanVoyage name and logo are owned by us or used with permission. You may share a short quotation if you credit BanVoyage and link to the page. Please do not copy a full post, a photo, or a video, or use the logo, without written permission. Names of hotels, ships, parks, and products belong to their owners.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the site. That includes trying to break it, probing it for security holes, overloading it, or scraping it in a way that disrupts it.

Newsletter

If you subscribe, we will email you about new room tours and posts. You can unsubscribe in any email. The privacy policy explains what we store.

No warranty and limited liability

The site is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim warranties of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the extent the law allows. We are not liable for decisions you make from the blog, for a loss after you click an external or affiliate link, or for indirect or consequential damages, to the extent the law allows. Pennsylvania law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. You agree that the state and federal courts located in Pennsylvania are the exclusive venue for a dispute about the site or these terms.
